Delivery Questions . . .

When will my order arrive?
Name paintings will be despatched 10 - 14 working days from receipt of your order.
Original prints and greeting cards will be despatched 3-5 working days from receipt of order.

How much does packing and delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated according to how much you spend. (prices are for UK only)
£0 - £19.99 = £1.95
£20 - £34.99 = £2.95
£35 - 74.99 = £3.95
£75 - £99.99 = £4.95
£100 upwards = £5.95

How will my order be sent?
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and will require a signature. If you are not at home the postman will leave a card through the door letting you know you have a package.

Can things be delivered outside the UK?
If you would like to have items delivered outside the UK you can order via the Fiona Carver Etsy shop where you will find payment options for overseas delivery. www.etsy.com/shop/FionaCarver

Can I return it if I am not happy?
We endeavour to get everything to you in good condition but sometimes things go awry in which case we will try and rectify things as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged in transit please contact us within 3 days to let us know and we will replace it free of charge. Please keep all packaging in case we need to pursue a claim with the carrier.

If you change your mind about a lino print or greeting card order you can return it to us within 10 working days for a full refund. Please see terms and conditions for more information.

We regret that we are not able to offer refunds on bespoke name paintings that have been supplied correctly as they have made specially for you.
