When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

Colours and Images
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the colours and images are true representations, there may be slight variations due to the handmade nature of the work and varying computer screen settings.

Payment
All goods remain the property of Fiona Carver until full payment has been made. Payment can be made by cheque or credit/debit card. Despatch will not occur until full payment has been received and all cheques cleared. The customer will be responsible for any taxes incured when sending outside the UK. Fiona Carver is not vat registered therefore the goods on this site do not incur vat.

Refunds and Cancellations
We hope you are happy with your goods however, you can cancel or return your order at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery for a full refund. To do this, please e-mail hello@fionacarver.com or phone 07761959233.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We strongly recommend you get a proof of postage when returning goods. You remain responsible for goods that are lost in transit when being returned to us.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty.

If your order arrives damaged in transit please contact us within 3 days to let us know and we will refund it or replace it free of charge. Please keep all packaging in case we need to pursue a claim with the carrier.
We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
